Overview
Six years ago my family and I moved to Haddington to be part of Haddington Community Church. We have felt much more connected since our move to East Lothian and this has encouraged me to think about how communities and ideas bring people together.
I enjoy building useful, fun websites that provoke thought. I also enjoy history, reflecting on big ideas and being creative through writing. My websites reflect these interests with storytelling and interactive design.
Key features
I am a friendly, hardworking person who wants to help bring people into the team and encourage them. I enjoy designing pages, writing code and problem solving. While I do not have the daily struggles of Scott and his friends on the way to the South Pole (see entertaininghistory) like them, I would have been a good member of the team.
Learnings
I have learnt a lot about me over the years. I used to struggle with procrastination but I am much better when I take some time out, break projects into smaller pieces and do them one by one.
I also used to struggle with focusing on one task when I had many, Now, I divide up my day into sections and give each section the time it deserves.
