About Us — What We Stand For

Our aim is to make sure the world is never short of any element. We have built several bases in different areas of Mars with the intention of mining and refining elements before sending them back to Earth.

A day on the base, move the slider to see how the base changes during the day.

Corridor lights warm up, and the AI begins gentle wake-up prompts.

People · Mental Health and Wellbeing

Living away from Earth for a long time is tough. Our goal is that every person has access to support — from regular check ups and counselling to carefully designed downtime routines. For your peace of mind, health data stays private and there is no monitoring in personal spaces.

Inclusion and Training

Once you are on Mars you can apply for any new role, we will help you grow into any role. Diverse and skilled teams make the best crews. Our training is detailed, personalised and portable — so the qualifications return to Earth with you. To be clear, our company respect is non-negotiable.

Waste and Water

Nothing can go to waste. We recycle almost everything — water is cleaned and reused, metals and plastics are remade into new parts, and even waste streams feed into food and fuel systems. Our goal is simple: zero waste, maximum reuse.

Energy and Emissions

Power keeps us alive. We use a mix of solar, nuclear (a few miles away from the base and underground) and back up batteries. We track emissions from launch to landing and always prioritise real reductions over offsets. Over the years we have planted a lot of trees. Every supplier we work with is expected to meet the same standards.

Safety and Radiation

Radiation, accidents, and asteroids are risks. We have done everything we can to mitigate them and after that we have storm shelters and real-time radiation tracking. When incidents occasionally happen, we focus on learning and improving, not blame.

Planetary Protection

Our aim is to keep both planets safe and separate. We control contamination, sterilise equipment and remove biohazards. We are at the cutting edge of science at all times but safety is our primary concern.

Privacy and AI Ethics

Technology helps us but it will never replace your humanity. Our AI is carefully monitored at all times, there has never been an issue but, following British law, all independent computer activity is constantly overseen. We limit the data we keep, only share information after you give your permission and all our AI systems are checked by independent experts on a monthly basis. For life-critical systems, you will always have the final say.

Future Operations

We are going to be on Mars for a long time. We are always growing our team and are pleased to say that for each of the last ten years our team has grown by 10%. Almost 75% of people who go to Mars stay longer than their first contract. We are always expanding so larger crews, longer space missions and unforeseen challenges. Everything we build is designed to scale from supply chains to training and everthing is adaptable. We want to keep you - and Mars - safe.
